* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

A. Rosemary Block
A. Rosemary Block, 77, of 11374 state Route 364, St. Marys, died at 8:30 a.m. July 22, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 22, 1930, in Connersville, Ind., to Julius and Velma Young Stamm. Her first husband, Francis G. Block, died July 10, 1983. She then married Homer Sparks, who survives.
Other survivors are five sons, Dale (Shirley), Sidney, Kenneth, William, Dennis (Liz) and Richard (Veronica), all of St. Marys; a daughter, Anita (Dave) Roediger, New Bremen; three stepsons, Elder James (Marge) Sparks, Prestonsburg, Ky., John (Tonya) and Jerry Sparks, all of St. Marys; two stepdaughters, Susan Hague, Celina, and Julie (Dave) Brewer, St. Marys; a daughter-in-law, Judy Block, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David; two brothers, Wayne and Alva Stamm; two sisters, Juanita Kupper and Betty Brandenburg; and a half-brother, Alvin Kanorr.
She was a homemaker and attended the St. Marys Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Guild, all in St. Marys, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Disabled American Veterans, both in Wapakoneta.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Elder James Sparks, officiating. Burial is at the Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
