* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Rose Sandkuhl
Rose Sandkuhl, 85, of Lock 14 Road at Schillinger Road, St. Marys, died at 5:39 p.m. July 23, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 18, 1922, in Danville, Ky., to George and Ella Johnston Matherly. In 1938, she married her first husband, Gilbert Storer, who died in 1964. On July 15, 1967, she married Edwin Wayne Sandkuhl, who died Nov., 29, 1985.
Surviving are a son, Ronald (Carol) Storer, New Knoxville; a sister, Adeline Beatty, Seaman; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.
Deceased are a son, Robert Storer; four brothers, James, William, Roscoe and Gene Riley; a sister, Margaret Garman; and a granddaughter.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys,after 34 years of service and had been a member of the Church of Christ in Peebles, and attended the First Baptist Church in St. Marys. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary all in St. Marys.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
