Mary Ann Arling
Mary Ann Arling, 72, 221 North St., Osgood, died at 1:33 p.m. Aug. 7, 2008 at her residence.
She was born Feb. 20, 1936 in Russia to George and Celena Magoteaux Dapore. On June 7, 1958, she married Frank Arling, who died Feb. 14, 2006.
Surviving are five sons, John (Barb), and Don (Beth), both of Chickasaw, Frank J. (Bec), Osgood, Ron (Jackie), Maria Stein, and Tony (Bec), Fort Loramie; two daughters, Karen (Jay) Homan, Cassella, and Missy (Mike) Moeller, Chickasaw; two brothers, Paul (Kay) Dapore, Ansonia, and Michael Dapore, Newport; a sister, Rita (Lavern) Pohl, Osgood; and 24 grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandchild.
She worked for Versailles Poultry Producers, was retired from Crown and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and a rosary leader. She was a member of St. Barbara Ladies Sodality, and Maria Stein Adoration Guild.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at St. Martins Cemetery, Osgood.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
