* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Haleigh Albers
Haleigh Marie Albers, infant daughter of Kevin and Tiffany Kiefer Albers of Minster, died at 10:55 a.m. Aug. 19, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, where she had been born prematurely earlier in the day.
Other survivors are grandparents, Larry (Carolyn) Albers, Minster, and Dave (Jean) Kiefer, St. Marys; great-grandparents, Robert (Barb) Stienecker and Don Hastreiter, all of St. Marys, Gwen Walters, Bluffton, and Rolland (Joan) Kiefer, Wapakoneta.
Deceased are great-grandparents, Elmer and Hilda Albers, Wilbur and Rita Moeller and Gene Walters.
She was baptized a Catholic. Her parents are members of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Graveside services are 9:30 a.m. Aug. 23, 2008, at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
