Special Weather Statement issued December 3 at 1:05PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)
Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Big Worm and the Nightcrawlers opened the 2008 Riverside Bluesfest in St. Marys with a smooth "Livin' on Tulsa Time." This group from Delphos is one of several finalists in the 2008 Blues Challenge held at area venues over the winter. This year's event began one night earlier to give the local area a Bluesfest Kick-start on Friday night for the main event today beginning with Noon Blues at, well, noon with the Blues Challenge winners, No Right Turn, taking center stage.
