* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Fall fun in Minster

More than 200 local residents came to Four Seasons Park Sunday evening for a Fall Harvest Festival co-sponsored by Francis J. Stallo Memorial Library and the village of Minster. John Billing concentrates on turning a paper plate into a smiling witch.
