* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Strasburg Nature Park along state Route 219 in Montezuma is one of several nature parks and trails in Franklin Township that were monetarily supported by the Clean Ohio Fund. Voters are being asked to support the fund at the upcoming November election.
