Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Marjorie Doseck
Former Botkins resident Marjorie V. Doseck, 87, died at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 19, 2008, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, where she most recently had been living.
She was born May 24, 1921, in St. Marys, to Frederick and Pearl Humphrey Stienecker. On Dec. 9, 1939, she married William Doseck who survives.
Other survivors are a son, James (Janet), New Bremen; three daughters, Suzanne (Richard) Trost, New Carlisle, Wilma (Louis) Foglesong, Ironton, and Virginia (John), Webb, Sidney; a brother Earl Stienecker, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Harold.
She retired from the former Fisher Cheese Company, Wapakoneta, and was a farm wife. She was a member of Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen, where she was active in Gideons International. She graduated in 1939 from St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Sager officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
