* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Therisa Bey
Therisa A. Bey, 90, Frenchtown, died at 3:28 p.m. Dec. 11, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 5, 1918, in North Star, to Joseph and Pearl Neargarder Mangen. She married Albert F. Bey, who is deceased.
Surviving is her son, Marvin J. of Anna; a daughter, Barbara A. (Louis "Elmer") Garke, Frenchtown; a brother, Elmer Mangen of Versailles; two sisters, Ruth Bey of Greenville and Lucille Gaier of Piqua.
Deceased are three infant siblings; and two brothers, Chalmer and Orville Mangen.
She was a cook and waitress at Baltes Restaurant where she retired in 1987 after 22 years. She also worked at Buckeye Overall Factory. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown and the St. Anne Sodality.
A Mass of Christian Burial is at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles.
