At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Ruth Felver
Ruth E. Felver, 69, of Celina, died at 7:17 a.m. Feb. 2, 2009, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Greencastle, Pa., to Clyde and Margaret Ingall Shearer. She was previously married to Ronald Felver, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are two sons, Ron (Penny) Felver Jr., and Randy, both of Celina; a daughter, Peggy Felver, Celina; a brother, Dan (Dolly) Shearer, Waynesboro, Pa.; a sister, Betty Jane Monn, Waynesboro; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are three sisters, Peggy, Marilyn and Katherine; and two brothers, Clyde and James Shearer.
She was a homemaker.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
There will be no calling hours.
