Celina Safety Service Director Jeff Hazel says the old, dilapidated docks on the south side of the hot water hole are being replaced with material taken from the West Bank docks last year during the walkway project. In addition to installing new framework, the 100-foot docks will be widened and will meet the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
