* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

A semitrailer is twisted like a pretzel as it lies on its side along U.S. 127, south of state Route 219, this morning. The rig was a victim of the windstorm that passed through the area Wednesday evening through early this morning.
