* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Tamra O'Connor
Tamra Sue O'Connor, 39, 5576 Miller Road, Celina, died at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 12, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Dec. 30, 1969, in Celina, to Thomas P. and Janet K. Forlow O'Connor. Her mother and stepfather, James E. Kittle Sr., survive in Celina.
Other survivors are a son, Carl Matthew Rickard, Celina; a daughter, Ashley Renee Rickard, Celina; a brother, Sean P. (Beth), Fort Recovery; two sisters, Kimberly (Randy) Klausing, Ohio City, and Dawn (Bill) Ream, St. Marys; four stepbrothers, James (Susie) Kittle Jr., Kevin Scott (Julie) Bell, and Jeff Kittle, all of Celina, and Cory (Rachael) Kittle, Van Wert; and a stepsister, Chris (Rusty) James, Convoe, Texas.
Deceased is a stepsister, Brandi Kittle.
She worked as a secretary at Burtch Seed, Tama. A 1988 graduate of Celina High School, she earned an associate degree from Wright State University-Lake Campus and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
