* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

Charles Firks
Charles H. Firks, 85, 4920 Desoto Drive, Fort Wayne, Ind., died at 7:20 a.m. Feb. 19, 2009, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Dec. 12, 1923, in Fort Wayne, to Charles and Eva Gleich Firks. On Oct. 25, 1953, he married Sandra M. Sellars, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Randall C., Fort Wayne, and James R. (Roxanne), Coldwater; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He worked at General Electric Company, Fort Wayne, and was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church, Maumee Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley, American Legion and G.E. Quarter Century Club, all in Fort Wayne. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in World War II.
Services were today at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, Fort Wayne.
