* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Louisa Schrolucke
Former New Knoxville resident Louisa C. Schrolucke, 100, died at 6:15 a.m. Feb. 23, 2009, at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, Wapakoneta.
She was born Sept. 9, 1908, in New Knoxville, to George and Sarah Fledderjohann Maneke. On March 28, 1928, she married Elmer Schrolucke, who died Nov. 2, 1951.
Surviving are two daughters, Lela VanLeuven, McComb, Mich., and Sharon (Beverly) Minnich, Piqua; a son, Marvin, New Philadelphia; a daughter-in-law, Annette, New Knoxville; a sister, Martha (Adrian) Settlage, New Knoxville; nine grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ralph; two sisters, Frances Rain and Mary; and a brother, Raymond Maneke.
She retired from New Knoxville Local School District, where she was head cafeteria cook. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ and its Women's Guild, New Knoxville.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Very Rev. David A. Williams officiating. Burial is at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Heritage Room of the church.
