Frances W. "Fran" Grover, 54, formerly of Wapakoneta, died Feb. 27, 2009, at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, N.D. Death was due to natural causes.

Arrangements are pending at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
