Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rosemary Flint
Rosemary Flint, 87, of 813 W. Oliver Street, St. Marys, died March 4, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 6, 1921, in Muncie, Ind., to Sanford and Oca Anderson Heaton. On May 17, 1946, she married Lon Flint Jr., who died Sept. 22, 2001.
Surviving are a son, Tim, St. Marys; a daughter, Sue (Steve) Moyar, St. Marys; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, David Lee.
She worked in the personnel department of the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Muncie. She was a 1939 graduate of Muncie Central High School and attended Indiana Business College, Muncie. She and her husband moved to St. Marys in 1951, where she retired from the Sturgeon Oil Company. She was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown, officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to service Monday at the funeral home.
