* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Benny Williams
Benny G. Williams, 76, of Rockford, died at 8:55 a.m. March 10, 2009, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
He was born Feb. 5, 1933, in Mercer County, to John E. and Mabel W. Jackson Williams. On July 13, 1957, he married Peggy Jane Hawk, who survives.
Surviving are three sons, Scott A. (Brenda), Rockford, Bart E. (Kim), Lima, and Thadd G. (Gloria), Rockford; and four grandsons.
He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys after working there 42 years as a lab technician. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, a member of the Rockford American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Fraternal Order of Eagles, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mike Berne officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, where military rites will be held at the gravesite.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
