Berniece Green
Berniece R. Green, 81, 801 Windsor Circle, Celina, died at 2:30 p.m. March 10, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born April 9, 1927, in Celina, to August and Frances Leugers Braun. On Sept. 25, 1946, she married Murle Green, who survives.
Surviving are four sons, Andrew (Peggy) and Donald (Denise), all of Celina, and Joseph (Jan) and Samuel (Anita), all of Wapakoneta; two daughters, Pamela (John) Brown, Celina, and Ann Margaret (Fred) Giesige, Celina; two brothers, Linus and Larry Braun, Celina; two sisters, Alfreda Ramga, Celina, and Dorothy Hein, Coldwater; 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Mary Ann Hoenie.
She was a retired homemaker and owner of the former Kitchen Magic, St. Marys and Wapakoneta, and made wedding cakes. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and graduated in 1945 from Celina High School.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
