* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Bobby Owens
Former Celina resident Bobby D. Owens, 74, of 3389 N.E. 52 Ave., Silver Springs, Fla., died at 8:30 p.m. March 10, 2009, at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Fla.
He was born Oct. 29, 1934, in Middlesboro, Ky., to Walter and Hattie Tuttle Owens.
Surviving are three children, John Owens, Silver Springs and Cynthia (Joe) Mott and Pam Eckhardt, all of Celina; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Charles Owen Sr.
He was retired from the U.S. Air Force.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Clifford Rice officiating. Private family burial rites will be held at a later date at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
