* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

D.W. Stover
Former Celina resident D.W. Stover, 90, of 4526 Morningside Dr., Lebanon, died at 4:57 p.m., March 12, 2009, at Otterbein Home, Lebanon.
He was born Aug. 2, 1918, in Liberty Township, Van Wert County, to Carl and Florence Foor Stover. On Aug. 26, 1950, he married Ruth Cailey, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Gregory (Linda) Stover, Cincinnati, Brent (Stephanie) Stover, Austin, Texas, and Galen (Jenny) Stover, Westerville; a daughter, Brenda (Bryan) Slone, Lexington, Ky.; a brother, Max (Betty) Stover, Fairfield; a brother-in-law, William Burtchin, Lima; and 11 grandchildren.
Deceased are sisters and brothers-in-law, Clarabelle and Russel Howell, Lucille and Francis Bayles, Irene and Leroy Hill and Joan Burtchin, and an infant sister, Virginia Ruth Stover.
He was an Ohio public school administrator for over 30 years before becoming auditor for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, a life member of the National Education Association and a former member of the Kiwanis, Lions Club International, local education associations and a former member and former president of the Mercer County Cancer Society.
He graduated from Rockford High School in 1936 before receiving degrees from Otterbein College and the University of Pittsburgh. He had additional graduate work from The Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. James Ludwick and Kim Miller officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
