* WHAT...Visibility near zero at times in dense fog. Some patchy freezing fog through daybreak is possible on bridges and elevated roadways.
* WHERE...Area-wide.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Lillian Dues
Lillian Mary Dues, 88, 910 Mary Charles Lane, Coldwater, died at 11:05 p.m. April 10, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Jan. 28, 1921, in Coldwater, to Frank and Frances Staggeman Wenning. On Feb. 13, 1943, she married Norbert Dues, who died Oct. 26, 1991.
Surviving are two sons, John (Kathy) Dues, Brookville, and Tom (Helen) Dues, St. Henry; five daughters, Betty (Ken) Kahlig, Celina, Deb (Guil) Bergman, St. Henry, Pam Kaiser, Fort Recovery, Cindy (Randy) Kaup, St. Henry, and Kathy (Bill) Kanney, Coldwater; a brother, Paul (Cam) Wenning, Coldwater; a sister, Lucille Ontrop, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Margaret and Linda Wenning, both of Coldwater; 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Linda Dues-Hart; a grandchild; a son-in-law, Keith Kaiser; a sister, Evelyn Wint-Kaucher; and two brothers, Lester and Francis.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, Coldwater, and the St. Cecelia Knights of St. John Auxiliary. She volunteered at Mercer County Community Hospital, Briarwood Manor and the school cafeteria, all in Coldwater, and at the Maria Stein Retreat Center.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Mary Cemetery, Philothea.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
