* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Some patchy freezing fog through daybreak is possible on bridges and elevated roadways.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in some areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Jerome Siegrist
St. Henry native Jerome I. Siegrist, 92, of Sidney, died at 12:15 a.m. April 18, 2009, at Fair Haven County Home, Sidney,
He was born July 15, 1916, in St. Henry, to Alex and Apolonia Maeder Siegrist. On Feb. 15, 1943, he married Ann T. Homan, who died April 27, 1987.
Surviving are a daughter, Christine (Michael) Frantz, Hot Springs Village, Ark.; and two sons, Jerome J. (Mary) Siegrist, Sidney, and Louis A. (Pat) Siegrist, Fort Loramie; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings Arthur Bensman, Mary Ann Baumer, Dorothy Bergman, Delores Stepp and Werner Bensman; and two grandchildren.
He was a buyer and sales clerk for Minster Farmers Cooperative and Exchange. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the Shelby County Trustee and Clerks Association and the Knights of Columbus, McCartyville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at St. Patrick Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
