Edna Frahm

Special Weather Statement issued October 19 at 4:05PM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)

Clear skies and light winds will lead to another cool night across the region. Overnight lows will dip into the mid to upper 30s in outlying areas. This will result in the potential for some patchy frost development late tonight and early Tuesday morning.
