* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Teen to use insanity defense

WAPAKONETA - The St. Marys teen who allegedly left a bomb at a gasoline station in St. Marys was arraigned in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on Monday morning.
Jesse B. McDermitt, 18, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to all six felony charges against him and was represented by his court-appointed attorney Mark Weller of Wapakoneta. [More]

Celina utility rates to see jump in July
Water rate will increase by 8%; sewage by 2%
Council members unanimously, but reluctantly, approved increasing Celina's water rates by 8 percent and its waste water rates by 2 percent on Monday.
