WAPAKONETA - The St. Marys teen who allegedly left a bomb at a gasoline station in St. Marys was arraigned in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on Monday morning.

Water rate will increase by 8%; sewage by 2%
Council members unanimously, but reluctantly, approved increasing Celina's water rates by 8 percent and its waste water rates by 2 percent on Monday.
