Rockford resident Terry M. Shaffer, 48, a former Parkway school board member, was sentenced to 60 days in jail on two counts of persistent disorderly conduct. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced Thursday in Celina Municipal Court.
At the request of the city law director, six counts of public indecency were dismissed. Fifty-eight days of his sentence will be suspended if Shaffer successfully completes a counseling program and no new like or similar charges are incurred. [More]
