* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Michael Bane
Michael K. Bane, 48, formerly of Celina, died July 27, 2009, in Las Vegas. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born April 16, 1961, in Dayton to Mary Jo Hampton Bane, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a sister, Lisa Millelot, and nieces and nephews, all of Celina.
Deceased are grandparents, Dewey and Ruby Bane, Clara Brewer, and Willard Hampton.
He worked as a telemarketer for a cable company in Las Vegas. He graduated in 1978 from Celina High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran, and was a graduate of the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Infantry, C Company, HQ Platoon. He later transferred to the 1st Ranger Battalion and served in Grenada.
Services are 4 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
