* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Cleo Glendening
Cleo A. Bryan Glendening, 92, died July 27, 2009, in Diamond Bar, Calif.
She was born in 1916, near Fort Recovery to George Lewis and Hazel G. Denniston Horine. She married Charles W. Glendening, who is deceased.
Surviving are a daughter, Dixie L. Bryan (Frederick "Chris") Bertsche, Chino Hills, Calif.; a son, William Thomas (Kay Wilusz) Bryan, Delphos; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Sandra S. Andrews.
She and her family were the original co-owners of the Fort Recovery Roller Palace. She was a member of the Fort Recovery Methodist Church and its choir.
Graveside services were July 31, 2009, at Pomona Cemetery, Pomona, Calif.
