* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Menu-boards like the one pictured in the restaurant window above could get amended to include calorie counts if the government passes legislation aimed at slimming Americans. Laws mandating that chain restaurants post calorie contents already have been passed in New York and California. The focus is public awareness to help fight the growing problem of obesity.
