At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Richard Todd
Richard A. Todd, 69, of Fort Recovery died Sept. 7, 2009, in Coldwater.
He was born on Jan. 28, 1940, in Windsor, N.C., to Francis and Mary Thomas Todd. On Sept. 10, 1961, he married Nancy Kreider, who died in 1975. In November of 1976, he married Joyce Lantz, who survives.
Other survivors are, a son, Christopher (Lisa) Todd, Columbus; two daughters, Kimberly A. (Michael) Strohl, Fort Recovery, and Lori L. (Roger) Atkins, Rockbridge; two sisters, Mary Frances Phelps, Windsor, N.C., and Jane (Thomas) Jamerson, Portage, Ind.; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother-in-law, Percy Phelps.
He graduated from the Windsor High School. He was a member of the Fort Recovery United Methodist Church.
Memorial Services are 7 p.m. Friday at the Portland Chapel of the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home.
Calling is 47 p.m. Friday at the Chapel.
