* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

A plume of smoke wafts from the fire-ravaged Rumors on the Lake restaurant near Montezuma following an early morning fire. Montezuma Fire Chief Dan Davenport believes the building, formerly Doc's Inn, will be declared a total loss.
