* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

John Robert Woenker
John Robert Woenker, five months, of New Haven, Ind. died Oct. 4, 2009, at Lutheran Hospital N.I.C.U., Fort Wayne, Ind. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born May 8, 2009, to John and Jennifer Bertke Woenker, New Haven, who survive.
Other survivors are grandparents, Bill and Agnes Woenker, Pierceton, and Robert and Barbara Bertke of Pioneer; a great- grandfather, Cyril Link, Burkettsville; a great-grandmother, Ellen Anne Bertke, Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven, the Rev. James Seculoff officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, New Haven, with a Rosary prayed at 8:30 p.m.
Contributions can be made to the family for Masses.
