* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Alma Glass
Alma R. Glass, 84, 1108 Jackson Ave., Celina, died at 9:10 a.m. Oct. 7, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born June 12, 1925, in Blakesburg, Iowa, to Ward and Elsie Walton Baker. On Jan. 18, 1947, she married Guy V. Glass, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Gary (Carol) Glass and Terry (Peggy) Glass, all of Celina; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Meral, Kenneth, James and Keith Baker; and a sister, Dorothy Kludt.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys, and had worked during World War II in the Pentagon. She was a member of Celina Baptist Temple.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at the Temple, the Revs. R.C. McDonald and Steve Clayton officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina and one hour prior to service at the church.
