* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Paving the way

Crews pave Johnson Avenue in Celina on Tuesday. City officials hope to open the street back up next week, although recent rains have caused some delays. The street is being reconstructed from Main to Holly streets with new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, water and sewer mains and more.
