* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Donna Larson, administrative assistant for the Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce for the past 11 years, addresses members at the chamber's annual dinner Tuesday afternoon at the Wooden Shoe Inn in Minster.
