Angel Spicer
Infant boy Angel Spicer, the son of Robert and Stormy Chilcoat Spicer of Peru, Ind., died at birth at 2:38 a.m. Oct. 16, 2009, at St.Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
Along with his parents, other survivers are a brother, William Spicer, at home; two sisters, Desta and Taylor Spicer, both at home; two grandfathers, Greg Manning, Lima, and Charles Chilcoat, St. Marys; two grandmothers, Jennifer Manning, Peru, Ind., and Jo Wakefield, St. Marys.
Private family services will be held.

Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, St.Marys.
