* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Dennis Hecht was named Rockford's Citizen of the Year 2009. On hand at the chamber of commerce banquet were village, county and state dignitaries such as state Rep. Jim Zehringer, R-Fort Recovery, presenting the award.
