* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Work piles up

St. Marys city employees Bruce Goubeau, right, Jon Dicke and Terry Shupp are busy gathering up fallen leaves throughout the city this week. Leaf collection is scheduled for the same day as a neighborhood's trash collection takes place or on the next day possible. The pick-up of leaves will run through the last of the season.
