Taking a wild ride for safety

Jim Speegle, known as Cowboy Bob, demonstrates the finer points of bicycle safety to Minster Elementary School students during a Tuesday afternoon assembly. Speegle and local police department officials also spoke about Internet and bus safety as well as how to deal with strangers.
