Corbin Hellwarth, left, and Jacob Whitacre both received awards from the Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District for being top finishers in this year's Mercer County Soils Judging Contest. Hellwarth, Celina, placed first individually in the urban portion of the contest, and Whitacre, Fort Recovery, placed first individually in the rural portion.
