Rindler Poultry along Watkins Road in rural St. Henry has applied to the Ohio Department of Agriculture to expand its egg farm to house almost 2.5 million chickens. If approved, this would make it the second largest egg farm in Ohio, which is the second largest egg-producing state in the nation.
