Monica McCollum
Monica L. McCollum, 30, 9522 Cisco Road, Sidney, died Dec. 14, 2009, at her residence. The Shelby County coroner has ordered an autopsy to determine cause of death.
She was born April 16, 1979, in St. Marys. Her parents are Larry (Carey) McCollum, St. Marys, and Marie Louise Macon, Sidney, who survive.
Other survivors are four sisters, Amanda McCollum and Patricia Macon, both of Piqua, Dawnna McCollum, Lima, and Mindy Slone, St. Marys; three brothers, Mario Macon, Sidney, John (Alicia) McCollum and Shawn (Melissa) Craft, all of St. Marys; a grandmother, Annabelle McCollum, St.Marys; and a grandfather, George Macon, Van Cleave, Miss.
She was disabled and graduated in 1998 from Blue Ridge High School, Lakeside, Ariz.
Services are 6 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service, St. Marys, the Rev. Dennis Kline officiating.
Calling is 2 p.m. Friday until the funeral service.
