* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Paul Adams
Paul D. Adams, 92, 11300 Circle Drive, St. Marys, died at 4:04 p.m. Dec. 26, 2009, at Otterbein Retirement Community, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 20, 1917, in Mercer County, to Bruce and Velma Yanet Adams. His first wife, Mary Houts, died June 15, 1974. On Nov. 26, 1977, he married Berniece Amstutz, who died Jan. 22, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Jim Adams, Hamilton; a daughter, Janet (John) Lee, Englewood; a stepson, Robert (Janice) Kraner, Celina; two stepdaughters, Carolyn "Dollie" (Robert) Highley, Rockford, and Joyce Homan, Warsaw, Ind.; a sister, Carolyn Sue (John) Smith, Celina; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren and 10 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, and a brother, Owen Adams,Martha Ann Powell and Mary Helen Willrath; and a son, Douglas "Jack" Adams.
He was a retired mail carrier for the Coldwater Post Office, a 1935 graduate of Washington Township High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Coldwater and past president of the Coldwater Jaycees.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Allan Brown and David Gordon officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church or Otterbein Retirement Community.
