* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Marilyn Frische
Marilyn L. Frische, 69, 1541 Mary Lane, Celina, died at 2:35 a.m. Dec. 27, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 4, 1940, in Hollansburg to C.E. and Hazel Baker Troutwine Magee. On Feb. 16, 1963, she married Kenneth Frische, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Kevin (Jennifer) and Kyle (Tamara), both of Wapakoneta; a brother, Gary (Julie) Magee, Sidney; a halfbrother and halfsister and five grandchildren.
Deceased are six halfbrothers and four halfsisters.
She worked at the former Fisher Cheese Company, Wapakoneta, and for nine years in the research and development lab, and the Peoples Bank Company for 16 years. She was a 1958 graduate of Westmont High School, Hollansburg, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. In 1991, she earned an Associate's Degree from Wright State University in Applied Business. She lived in Wapakoneta for 30 years before moving to Celina. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, where she sang in the Chancel Choir, played in the Bell Choir and participated on the Dart Ball team. She taught children in Sunday school classes for 25 years.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, the Revs. James Richter and Michael Westbay officiating. Burial is at Green Lawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
