St. Marys River at Rockford.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gary Rutschilling
Gary L. Rutschilling, 48, of Coldwater, died Dec. 29, 2009, at his residence of natural causes.
He was born March 5, 1961, in Coldwater, to Urban and Edna Kunk Rutschilling. His mother survives in Coldwater. On Nov. 3, 2001, he married Sharon Heitkamp Rutschilling who survives.
Other survivors are three brothers, Ron (Vicki) Rutschilling and Tim (Deb) Rutschilling, all of Celina, and Roger (Kathy) Rutschilling, Coldwater; two sisters, Janet (Dave) Ives, Catlin, Ill., and Diane (Dana) Donovan, Celina; and a father- and mother-in-law, Bob and Charlene Heitkamp, Cassella.
He was formerly employed at Chief Supermarket and Cooper Foods and attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, in Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
