Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/iln. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Woods
Charles Woods, 64, 605 Lyon St., Altoona, Iowa, died Dec. 29, 2009, at Hospice, Des Moines, Iowa. Death was due to pancreatic cancer.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church, Celina, the Rev. David Dennis officiating.
Hamilton Funeral Home, Des Moines, Iowa is handling arrangements.
