* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Martha Yenser
Martha Helen Yenser, 66, 905 N. Walnut St., Celina, died at 4:25 p.m. Dec. 23, 2009.
She was born Dec. 1, 1943, in Hindman, Ky., to Isaac N. and Minta Calhoun Smith. On April 24, 1965, she married Robert C. Yenser, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Cris W. Yenser, Union, Ky., and Scott A. Yenser, Celina; four sisters, Jennie Lee Sturgill, Lima, Ella V. McDonald and Jane Lee Ayers, both of Celina, and Matilda Johnson, Covington, Ky.; a brother, Jim Blount, Rockford; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, David and Jesse Smith; and a sister, Zola Howard.
She worked at Celina Insurance Group, and The Freemont Co. in Rockford. She graduated from Hindman High School.
Memorial services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Celina Church of the Nazarene, the Rev. Larry Hamilton officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is after noon on Saturday at the church.
