The city of Celina will not participate in two hydroelectric projects that would have committed the city to 40 years of debt.

A 39-year-old Celina man remains incarcerated at the Mercer County Jail after being taken into custody on a charge alleging he engaged in sexual conduct with a teenage girl.
A 35-year-old St. Marys woman who left four children unattended at a local drive-in movie theater last summer while she went to pick up other youths despite a blood-alcohol content twice the legal limit, appeared last week in Celina Municipal Court.
