Terrance A. Cole, 37, of Van Wert (in the white shirt) is helped ashore from a rescue boat along West Bank Road in Celina after the paddle boat he was operating began to capsize on Grand Lake on Friday afternoon. Cole was transported to Van Wert County Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. Another occupant, Paul C. Pitts, 23, also of Van Wert, refused treatment.
