Minster Middle School student Rachel Wehrman receives a $75 ticket from Minster Police Chief Randy Houseworth after she failed to buy insurance for a vehicle she purchased during a Real Money, Real World program held Tuesday. The costly faux pas put an unexpected dent in her budget.
